I tried to contact O2 business on online chat on my 02 but it is not possible. Last Thursday I paid 02 bill overdue. Today I want my mobile phone connected immediately, otherwise I will cancel my contract with you.

@Anonymous Firstly, this is not O2. This is a customer community. Secondly, if you were overdue paying your bill you're hardly in a position to threaten to cancel your contract. You would be liable to pay the remainder come what may, and if you didn't your credit rating would go down the drain. I'd just say calm down and follow the link provided by @pgn.
