This isn't O2.

You need to call customer service or wait 24 hours for your phone to come online.

Keep rebooting while you wait.

Kindly note that this is a community platform and all of us here are customers. We have no access to O2 whatsoever. First edit you post and remove your number, address and reference number from this.

Also I think the best you can do is to call customer service for support.
