Office 365 has been rebranded to Microsoft 365, you should be able to add more licenses through the business myo2 portal, or direct through the Microsoft 365 admin portal at https://portal.office.com and the click on billing, licenses.
Current cost is £9.40 per month per user plus VAT 🙂
