Hi,
I'm not sure if this is an appropriate place to ask this question but I have been unable to find contact details for O2's infrastructure/business services.
Attached to the back of the Bow Wharf PureGym building is a large electrical unit (it looks like a server rack) that appears to be an O2 operated mobile telecommunications transmitter with Cell No. 32757. In the last week this unit has started generating considerable more noise from it's fans - I measured 80dB on my apple watch standing half a meter away. This noise can be heard constantly - day and night - from the near by residential buildings.
I have emailed the gym but have not yet had a reply and so am hoping to find the appropriate contact details for O2 to report this problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you can see the cabinet at the side of the mast, then there should be a contact phone number for o2 or for the company who runs the mast, as o2 and Vodafone in some places share infrastructure.. and this should be on all the doors to the cabinets
If not then make a noise complaint to the council..

All UK mobile network sites have a H&S notice on the public-facing access to the site, to report any issues. That said, the current weather conditions would cause fans to operate at an increased intensity - that's what they're designed to do.

Morning @j23
Can you please drop me a PM with the postcode of the area where the equipment is?
I'll get this sent across to the relevant department 👍
