I am getting quite annoyed with O2, turns out there is a mast which isn't working correctly this has been going on for months now, will O2 sort it out? How do I go about poor quality signal?

Another alternative would be WiFi calling, but you would need a compatible phone: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2
