On business contract ,I have not had a bill from 02 for 4 years or more, think it was when i went paperless, my accounts dept just noticed, phone works perfectly, what do i do, tried contacting 02, No response.

If it is a business contract you will have had ebills or had to login to the o2 business portal.
Try ringing o2 on 8002 tomorrow morning
Also check to see where the money has been coming from to pay your bill...
