My line is down

Good afternoon,

I hope my email finds you well.

I am unable to use my mobile phone. I am currently in Italy and my line is not working. I tried to contact your customer service but a voice says I am not allowed to make that phone call.

I would like to receive support asap since I need my line for business. My 02 doesn't work, your website is down.
