I can’t call to find out the issue as I can’t make calls but I have no 4/5G and I can’t make calls. I have received calls but can’t make any. Is there an issue and can someone point me to an online chat function where an actual human can respond. All I get from the bot is that I need to call which clearly is the issue

That is about as generic as it gets,and could be an error, its that vague... and I cant see any mention on either ISP review, El Reg and nothing on X either or even the enterprise notifications of service issues that enterprise customers get..
So pass, the only thing to do is contact o2 and ask them tomorrow...

Maybe it is, I've been with o2 for only 9 years, I don't remember having issues like these for longer than 12-24hrs.
My home address is still red (since friday), and work address is still green
