Moving contract to VS group

We are a small local charity with 19 mobiles with O2 under one business account with them on a rolling monthly SIM only. We have been contacted by VS group who says that with their buying power they can provide us with a similar deal but at a cheaper price (approx £50 per month saving). They would need PAC codes and give us new SIMs. They said we would still get billed by O2 and we would still have our online account with O2. Sounds a good deal but I am sceptical. What's the catch? Does anyone have a view/experience of this?

@UrbanOutreach AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You do not need a PAC to stay with O2 so that's dodgy to start with and the only one's likely to benefit are VS Group and certainly not you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

DING DING DING DING.

that's my alarm bells ringing,

They don't have buying power, they are SELLING other people's services and taking a cut.

And as @MI5 said, you don't need a PAC to remain in same network.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Here's their company info. No reviews available. Probably set you up with a business type contract

@UrbanOutreach  They are most likely one of O2's so-called 'trusted partners'. I agree with the others and say steer clear of any cold call sellers. If you're looking for a better deal, shop around yourself, or contact O2 directly and see if they can offer you a better deal.
