Money owed to me.

I left o2 on 20th May paid last bill contact them to make sure my account was closed but I receieved an email with latest bill saying -£12 which mean they owe money. What happens with that.

If your direct debit is still in place then it will be returned to your bank account.

If not, contact Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
