My network is off, made full payment, personal business and never missed a payment, this was a bank mistake and now I have no network.

Cal 8002 for queries related to O2 Business contracts, @VincentP - but if you missed a payment and have paid recently, it may take a few days for payment to clear in O2's systems and for them to lift the block (the block is automatically applied). Reboot your phone on Monday, see if it comes back to life. Good luck!
