Hi,
So I have an old device I need to use but we have now moved to a different service provider and had to request a PUC code to unlock the device from o2. I accidently entered this code incorrectly 3 times and now the device is asking me for a MCK code. I have spoken with customer service multiple times but they just sent me the PUC code again before advising me to visit a store to solve the problem but they said my best bet to fix the issue would be to post on this community forum.
Please help!!!!
