I’ve never been able to log in on my o2, and i have the contract for more than 2 years. I tried in stores and they didn’t know how to help me. Please help!

You need to call O2 and ask them to reset your account

Hi @Neli , how are you getting on with your account? I just came across your topic here and noticed you posted your query in the Business Customers board - just wanted to check, have you tried logging in to My O2 Business if you have a Business account, instead of the personal My O2 system? Just in case that might be the issue. slight_smile
