You can get in touch with them for free on an O2 phone by calling 202! But please bare with them, they're extremely busy at present.

hi,
my mobile o2 mobile number is [Removed]. I have lost my mobile phone when i was in cyprus. I im now in UK and I have no SIM CARD to use. Im struggling to commincate with my family and friends. I have spoken with costumer services yesterday and told me to change my address accourding to my o2 Accound. Previous address was 34 Rutland close. I have moved now in [Removed] I have tried to change this address via log in in to my O2 account.
Currently to change my adress its asking Security Check. Its says to access my details page, A CODE has had sent to [Removed] where this cant be view due to not having this mobile with me. Without this code i cant change my address.
I have tried to contact hrs and hrs but it seems to be not answered. Can I have some good direction to change address then i will order my SIM after.
Your help on this matter would be much appreciated.
