Lack of Coverage

Hi all,


What's the best route to report lack of 3G/4G signal to O2 in a certain area?

I used to be able to email on mycare@ but that has apparently been shut down now.

@robatworkuk you can download the my network app & report it through their or myo2

@robatworkuk as a business customer you can call 8002 to report issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
