Hello, Yesterday, i was trying to sign up for an iPhone 15 promax phone contact and I paid £30 for the plan. Afterwards, I was told I am not eligible! Could you kindly revert my money? Thank you.

This is not O2 but a community of customers.

Usually monies are returned to the account from which the payment is taken within a few days
