I paid my bill over 24 hours ago and I still my account is blocked

What do you have to do to get your phone unblocked after aging your bill?

As you paid on a Friday, it's possible that the payment will not go through until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. Just like any payment to anyone, the banks take time to clear the payment. It can even take five days or longer. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but that's the way it is.

Have you turned off and back on again.
Payments are usually processed overnight so you should be back on by now.
You can give customer service a call today to check if the payment was successful.
If on refresh you will need to make both payments too.
