Hi we reported a lost mobile on 22nd March 2023 and it was barred so no-one was able to use it. But we are still paying line rental each month for this barred mobile. How do we stop getting charged for the rental each month? Please advise.

If you are under contract you still need to pay whether you have had the phone barred or not
