Where are you getting the error @HouseofEarl ?
Can you log in ok to My o2?
Can you get to the page with the most recent bill?

When I press to view previous bills on the PC, it just shows me the home page and no bills. As if it's frozen I would say. I can't access previous bills at all via my mobile. Only the current one (which I'm not interested in).

First thing to try is to clear cache and cookies on whichever browser you are using.

The way I get it to work is as follows (I use Edge, and have it set up to clear all cookies and cache on exit):

  • Enter "accounts.o2.co.uk" in the address and press enter
    • I get a "403 Error" from this.
  • Remove "accounts." so I just have "o2.co.uk" in the address and hit enter
    • Loads up the main o2 page
  • Click accept all cookies
  • Click "My o2"
  • Click the phone icon next to your phone number (top left, just under the large "o2" icon)
  • Click on your phone number
    • I have a Pay Monthly section under which is my phone number and a Services section with o2 Wifi on it
  • From the top menu choose "Bills and current charges" then "View airtime bill"
  • Click "Download and print latest bill" (opens new page with different layout)
  • On this page it normally shows the most recent bill, but you can choose "recent charges" from the menu on the left or the drop down and click "go" to show a different bill.

Hope that helps @HouseofEarl. If not, you might need to contact o2 customer services in case there is an issue in the background.
