How to cancel O2 Just Call Me?

I downgraded my contract and I got slapped with O2 Just Call Me for £5.00/month which I didn't ask for. Why would they add any service which I didn't ask for? 

 

How do I get it cancelled.

You mighht be able to cancel in your MyO2 but if not you'll have to call Guide: How to find help & contact O2
