Trying to add number to my o2 buisness account as says no devices says can’t find?
just want to check usage and all that as just changed to o2 buisness I’ve been o2 customer for over 20 years and regretting just changing accounts been on calls all day between o2 and aieral as was just told this third party I’ve tried for days trying to fix this online
any help appreciated p.s can’t seem to find live chat

@Vc79 You aren't going to find anyone on chat at this time of night. They're useless anyway.
If you've signed up with Aerial Direct you've just stepped into a big pile of it. Do a search on the forum and you'll find a litany of complaints about them. No getting out of it either, I'm sorry to say.
You can try customer service in the morning, but I doubt it will do you any good.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management) or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Thanks for advice yeah been on fone all morning with 2 of them and was on live chat to aieral🤬and yeah like you said hard now to get out of but they will hear me wen fone again tmoz wasn’t happy as they cut me off today eventually got sorted 😡sick of repeating myself getting passcodes sent too anyway thanks again for advice
