How do I set up voicemail on O2 landline?

We have an O2 Business landline but as our premises are closed we need to set up a voicemail message for callers.

Having never used this service and being unable to find anything online about this we would like to know:

1) If it is available?

2) How to set it up?

Your best option is to call customer service on 8002 if you have a business mobile too.
