How do I get online chat customer service access?

I am unable to make a call probably due to a cap on my business service so wondered if there is a way to reach 02 online - via a chat facility?   If so please provide a weblink for me to use.

I usually see the chat sign pop up on the sales page. 

 O2 customer services can also be accessed here
