Good afternoon. 
I am travelling abroad and have lost my SIM card. Can I get an eSIM to replace the simcard?

You need to report it to O2.

A replacement will be sent to your home address.

MI5, yip a call to the "lost phone" section of O2 has resulted in a new Esim being posted to me.

Appreciate the assist
