My three year contract has finished but I wish to keep the mobile phone only paying for the sim. I have been asked for the original password given on the completion of contract 3 years ago but I no longer remember it. I have changed my account password with O2 various times will this later one be the one they are asking for?

They want the security word which you can update under your details in your MyO2.

You are welcome @Constabulary ; hopefully you found a SIM-only deal at a price that you considered reasonable. 👍
