End of Contract

Just a simple question that I thought would be quite simple to find an answer to, however I can't seem to find any information on it anywhere! 

I'm not a business as such, but instore I was referred to a business SIM contract as it worked out a little cheaper than a personal contract at the time - so that's what I signed up for. 

I'm just looking for details of when I started my contract and when my contract runs out, I currently have no idea! 

If someone could either point me in the right direction or provide any useful information, that would be fantastic.
