Hi my Business phone line has been disconnected. I paid my bill and now can’t contact anyone to get help!! I have a disabled child and my parents are elderly and need to contact people ... please can some at least allow WiFi calling !! I can’t use Skype etc my parents don’t have please help !!!

Hi,

 

It usually takes up to 24 hours for a bar to be removed after a payment however it generally happens much quicker than that. Keep turning your phone off & on until the service resumes. If you find that its not working, you can try ringing business customer service on .
