Data Sim not working in tp-link 4G mobile wifi hub

Company recently ordered a Data sim on pay monthly business contract, it works fine in my phone but not in the mobile wifi unit that it was intended for. My personal tesco sim works in the tp link (M7200) box but not the new 02 one.

Any help gratefuly recieved.

Sounds like you need to manually enter ther apn in the router. 

https://www.infisim.com/change-apn-settings-router/

Use these settings:

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Connecting-Android-Phone-to-Data-Serv...
