I've had calls and emails from Communications Plus who say they are part of/affiliated with O2 and we can do our business upgrades and contracts with them. Is this correct? Is it safe to talk to them and deal with them rather than directly with O2?

I do need to upgrade and have already spent too long on hold to O2 this afternoon trying to get an answer. It would be easier to deal with them.

Any advice?

Steer clear. They are part of O2's "trusted" partners.

Yes they only do business accounts but you will be with them and not O2 if you sign up.

None of the "trusted" partners seem to have a good reputation.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The four tabs on this webpage list all of O2's "trusted partners" :-

O2 Approved Business Partners | O2 Business

https://www.o2.co.uk/business/contact-us/partners#1

I am sure that they must have many satisfied customers !

Take care. 👍

Until you realise that you are vastly overpaying, try to leave and find out you can't because of some obscure clause in the T&C's

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I was actually being facetious, hence the "take care" of the next paragraph ! 👍
