I am trying to verify an old bill from 2009.

There are lots of entries of 1sec duration all at a cost of 4p and I want to ascertain if these are text messages as the bill does not give a service type.  I believe they are texts as there are other transactions for a longer duration but at a lower cost.  Unfortunately I cannot find any specific information on the archive.

The bill records that you can access via My O2 only go back for the past two years.

The only people who may be able to help are O2 customer services, although I very much doubt records are are kept for 11 years. I think they are kept for 6 years.

If you want to call them, all numbers are here.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Edited to add, if you are a business customer the number to call is 8002
