Change of name of account

Has anyone had any joy in changing their account from their personal name to that of their business? I currently have a personal account and trying to get hold of the correct dept has proved to be mission impossible. Can anyone advise?

Im not sure you can go that way, I know you can go the other way though

 

I would speak to Business Customer Services on 8002 from your o2 phone, or 0800 977 7337

 

They will credit check the business and setup a new tariff etc, and I think you will need to pay off any device plan, as that can't be moved over to a Business Contract  before they will move the number over.
