Hi all,
Been with O2 nearly 10 years and had a business account down in my Mum's name since I was only 14. Now I'm having trouble getting access to my myO2 account as she doesn't remember the email or password attached to it. She's been in-store to ask about it and apparently, it's not down in her name. I rang up customer services and my account/number is not in my name either. Any ideas what I should do? Should I just go in-store myself to sort it out? Thanks in advance.

It needs to be administered by the person who's name it is in.
O2 won't talk to anyone else about it.
Any O2 store can access the account but they will send a text to the registered phone number, so if both you and your Mum go in store they should be able to help.
