I’m trying to cancel my SIM card in an iPad which I only use on wifi. The SIM card has been removed but they carry on charging me each month for this service I do not require. Because of the corona I can’t seem to get hold of anyone and also on my o2 app you can’t do anything on there as everything is on lockdown. What other option do I have? And if I cancel my direct debit will I get charged for this?

Do not cancel your DD or you will get a bad credit report.

Your iPad sim includes 100 texts per month but you need to put the iPad sim in a phone in order to text the cancellation request Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

@Loulou89 Make sure you've put the sim in your phone correctly. There's no reason why it shouldn't work.
