Call diverting to another phone

Hi guys, we have two phones for our business, one for on the road and one for the office. I’m trying to divert calls from my road road to the office phone after ringing for say 5 seconds, so far Iv managed it every call is diverted straight through.. but that doesn’t solve our problem, we want the calls to come to this phone first but then divert after a few seconds of ringing. Can anyone shed some light please, pulling my hair out 😂

You can try doing it via code in the dial pad, but it cant be changed from 15seconds **61*071111111118#

All those 1's in @madasaf1sh's reply are the number to be diverted to,@Slappy:

• To divert any calls you don't manage to answer within 15 seconds dial:
• *61*(phone number you want to divert to)#
• Eg 02021343421, 10 digits plus leading zero.

• To check the number you've set up for calls you don't manage to answer within 15 seconds:
• *#61#

That came from a BT support page, not sure if it works with O2 and newer phones tbh.
