My ability to merge calls on my iphone X (IOS 12.1.2) seems to have stopped working. It used to work perfectly however yesterday I was trying to merge two other callers and the call simply kept cutting out. My business partner had no issues using his iphone 8. Apple just say speak to your service provider! Any ideas?
