I cannot access my online account, my business email account is now closed so requesting login details is futile.

I also need to change the billing details as I'm closing down one bank account, need to edit new bank details.

 

 

Why can we not communicate via email?

Just simply call 8002 from your business phone.

O2 regard e-mail as not being a secure method of communication. 👍
