Dear community,

 

We brought about 80 Huawei Y6 2018 that their IMEI'S Belonge to your company, Unfortunately the mobile phones can't work with the actual county sims and asking for network unlock codes, we need your to help us in getting the approprites unlock codes for our devices,

Tesco uses O2 network but is independent.
If locked to Tesco, you need to ask them to unlock.

You'll need to submit for each device wink

Thank you for your promot answer also for the shared guide and unlock portal link.

 

Woulk like your to know that i already requested unlock for the  device from the link before posting here , i've got reply from unlock team as following:

"...I'm sorry, we have not been able to unlatch your device at this time. 
The reason given is: 

The mobile number you?ve given us is with Tesco Mobile. Please check 
number on ABS to ensure this is correct and then direct the customer to 
Tesco Mobile if appropriate. Kindly check that you have provided the 
correct information."

 

Also we are overseas and i'am using only virtual mobile number to gether the unlock codes but it seems very complicated as the number does't match for getting the network unlock codes. we still have about 60 locked Huawei Y6 2018 device that we need your help to get solution for,

Hello dear,

 

Well..tesco are using O2 Network ! 

 

Would like you to know that all the devices are already submited by me on the tesco unlock request portal... only 20 piece received unlock codes and other pieces are still waiting...... when contacted tesco customer care by phone about the case...they advised me to submite on O2..!! 

 

In other part all the devices we have are eligible for unlock as my commercial brought legaly from reseller,

I wish if can get special support from the unlock team for resolving this case,

This is a customer only community. You need to contact O2 directly for any help on this. For Tesco locked devices, O2 can't help you.

Way to contact directly is by phone only, there is no email contact

As far as O2 can't help me...why tesco customer care advised me to contact O2 !

Maybe you spoke to an adviser who didn't want to get involved in a complex problem. If O2 have told you that certain IMEI's are locked by Tesco, then only Tesco can get them unlocked
