Blocked calls and data

My outgoings calls and data have been blocked because of a late payment but even though I paid my bill I still cannot call anyone or access internet so I cannot even call customer service what an I supposed to do?? I am abroad with no ability to call UK numbers from someone else

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
