Blackberry have said they will be extending BIS services till December 2021. I would like to know if O2 provide sim only blackberry Internet service in their sim only 12 month contracts for a new business customer?
Thanks.

@Path63361

I don't believe so but check with customer service on 8002.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Path63361

What handset are you using for BIS, as only BBOS 7 and BBOS 10 are affected.

Unfortunately BIS and BES are deprecated technologies.

Hi, it is a Pearl 3g (9100/9105) so is bbos 7. It's for a user who doesn't get on with touchscreens or large screens and hates social media. Phone is only ever used for email with occasional voice calls and texting.
Neither android or iPhone have passed any usage test.

It's dead and needs replacing.
Look at the Doro range of phones.
