Hi I want to be able to check my bill online but it won't let me. Can you help please

Normally you can do it via this route Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
However, if you have been changed to the new 360 billing system, 360 Billing this is causing problems' So you need to contact O2.
It could simply be an issue with My O2 so you could delete the app and reinstall.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) or 8002 if on Business contact
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

On 360 use the Web Version
Scroll down to Your Latest Bill
Click View Airtime Bill, which will open a new page.
Use the Dropdown box to select which Bill you want to see.
