Does anyone elkse find the billing pages absolutely ridiculous? Very complex and filled with a load of information i don't want. Primarily i want to simply send the bill to my accountant which should be a simple process. It is not. Plus now the format has changed but the how to do it pages still refer to the old format. Tell me if i am wrong but to me this is a dreadful , overly complex system

It's very simple to pay via the MyO2 app or even to setup a direct debit to avoid having to make manual payments.

You can download the bill as a pdf and attach it to an email for accountancy purposes @cheese123
