Hi I have a payment plan set in place and I have now been cut off can you sort this please

I'll ask @O2Lisa to help you if possible as we are all customers here with no access to accounts.

If she is unable to help, you'll need to use an alternative phone, or use Skype, to contact the payment management team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
