Hi there

 

I believe live chat is offline due to the current crisis. I've been a dick and not paid my bill, am now call barred and can't phone 8002. I don't have access to a landline and you guys dont provide an online payment option. Is there any way someone can call me to either lift the call bar to allow me to make payment or take payment over the phone? I know it's a big ask given the resource challenges and how busy you guys are but I'd appreciate getting this sorted if possible.

Unfortunately it's not possible for anyone to call from here as we are all customers too.

Thanks both for your replies. I thought (mistakenly) that O2 staff were on these boards too.

 

I can't ring (free call or otherwise) as I'm call barred and /contactus only deals with self help issues via the portal right now.

 

I guess i'm kind of screwed for a while but it's my own stupid fault!!

There are some O2 staff that have been brought in to assist with what us customers usually do here, but they can't access any accounts on here either, sorry.

Mainly due to the forum trebling in posts since Covid 19 and difficulties trying to get through to O2.

The community was inundated. Lol

Although as @MI5 said they are unable to access accounts.

Could you download skype to the device you are using to message here?
You can then call the freephone number to customer services using that?
