Hi I’m experiencing financial problem at the moment haven’t been able to pay my bill and therefore phone has become barred I can’t call o2 for help as can’t call out and my o2 won’t work on business

You need to contact O2 (Payment management) and you can do this by downloading Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
