A minus amount is a credit on your bill, so if it shows -£1000 it means £1000 in credit - ie O2 owe you that money.

It would appear to be based on what you have told us but only O2 can see your account and answer you fully.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thank you so it’s should mean that 

allowance value -1000 pounds is not what I could charged?? 
I am asking because I am a tour I have switched on 24 pass because I am receiving messages so it should be working isn’t it?
