Activate Sim

Hi There,

I had my phone stolen last week and I am trying to activate my new sim but the only option it is giving me is to text the old sim which I do not have. How do I activate the new sim with my same number?

Hi @Ringers17 

You will need to ring customer services and ask them to do this for you. They will also need to  lift the bar on your account.

As you had a phone stolen, the account would have been barred
