Acctivation error

Hi, I want to know has anyone had the acctivation error when trying to use a non o2 sim in a iphone 6s the phone has been unlatched and when conecting to itunes still nothing works.

 

Any help on this topic would be great

It sounds like the phone is still locked to o2.
Try again to unlock it

Then try the advice in the links I posted above @drewg All to do with solving activating errors on the iPhone 6

Let us know how you get on please when you have tried the solutions to that problem from the posted articles.

So with a non o2 sim in, what message do you get on screen when you connect to iTunes?

You shouldn't need to connect to itunes at all. A non-O2 sim should either work or not as long as that sim is active with it's own network.
