I have some questions
1. Paid my balance last week bit phone appears to still be blocked- could this be sorted
2. Don't know why I'm with 02 business as I don't have a business or a business account
3. I seem to be spending a lot of money each month for not a lot can my bundle be discussed please

It is often said @Jon-1971 that payments take a few days to clear and for O2 systems to update, so if you paid late last week, question 1 might be "in the pipeline". You can avoid future issues of this nature by setting up a direct debit :-
