@Sufia To try and save yourself some money, download WhatsApp and use it over WiFi connections you find to call and text anyone who also has the app for free.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You can use your phone but it will be expensive as you will be paying standard rates.

Some things to help:

Use Wifi wherever you can.

Look at buying a local PAYG sim once you get to Bosnia.

Turn voicemail off before you travel. You will be charged for VM calls even if you don't listen to them.

If you are in a bar or anywhere offering Wifi, you will need to ask for the Wifi password to connect.
