Just thought I'd post up that for the last three days my o2 on windows Mobile hasn't worked. I've tried reinstalling, but clearly its the server. When I enter correct login details, I'm told something went wrong. When I enter wrong details I'm told they are wrong.... Clearly a server end prob.....

Ok, so its not just the app, its the website via edge, chrome and Firefox. I can see my usage but have no access to bills. I've reset the password etc, I've been on the phone, live chat and even in store. The store (Dunfermline) raised a ticket and I was promised that someone would be in touch but no one has. This has been going on for over a month now and ever since I cancelled my mobile broadband lines. The guys in the store said there is a clear account level problem but no one wants to take ownership and fix it. @Toby can you help chase this up. I'm sure under the terms of the contract I'm entitled to have access to a bill break down. So, if O2 can't fix my O2 surely I should be getting free postal bills at the very least.

Thoughts?

It would seem then to be an account related issue. Presumably you have called 202 but if so then maybe @Toby can assist?

Someone needs to take responsibility for this. Checking on the date you first posted this appears to have been going on for nearly 6 weeks? Not good at all...

It's only just apparent that the issue is also web based and not just the app.

I realise that. It still took an inordinately long time to identify it ....We are all different but if I have problems with My O2 I try to access via every route available...:

Yeah, I've been in touch with customer services a fair few times over the last month but each time I'm told it will be sorted. I even got the store to get in touch with customer services thinking they would be able to bypass all the bureaucracy, but this too seems to have failed.

Go down the complaints route next then mate.
